Swimming School Terms & Conditions

All clients are expected to abide by these terms and conditions. In the unlikely event of failing to do so, a customer may be requested to cease lesson’s with Atlantis Swimming School. A refund will not be eligible in these circumstances. Clients are responsible for their children at all times (except whilst in the pool) and must inform the teacher prior to the lesson of any concerns they have. Clients must accept at times there will be physical contact between the teacher and their child, in a professional, caring manner.

Booking/Payment

Our lessons/terms are approximately 10 weeks in duration. When a class is booked, full payment is requested to secure the place within 72 hours. Classes may be joined at ANY point in the term (clients pay for classes remaining). Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received. You will always be provided with a confirmation of your booking via email.

Cancellation/Refunds

We have a no refund policy once the course has started except in extenuating circumstances, considered on a case by case basis such as broken limbs/operations

If you wish to cancel a booking you must do so by contacting us in writing 1 week before your first lesson. A refund may be given (depending on circumstances).

Admin Fee of 20% will be deducted on any refunds & missed lessons are not possible to credit.

In the unusual event of a pool closure we will make every attempt to contact our customers as soon as possible. A credit note will be given in lieu of future payment for the following term. In the instance where a pupil is not returning to our classes for a further term, a refund for cancelled lessons will be given.

Payments/Rebooking

BACS fees are a one-off payment - to be paid in full. Clients will be asked by text during the term (typically around week 6/7) if they wish to continue with the lessons on the next term. The place will be held for 10 days. If payment isn’t received within the 10 days we will contact the client via call/text/email. If we receive no response, your child will be removed from the class list, and offered on a “first come served” basis to both new and existing swimmers.

Atlantis Swimming School reserves the right to increase course fees.

Fee’s will be advertised in advance of any new course.

Parents/Guardian Responsibility

A parent/carer must remain on site for the duration of the lesson and must supervise children always inside and outside the pool building and parking areas.

You must inform us of any change in address, contact details, swimmer’s health or condition and if there is a change of Guardian / Carer details.

Atlantis Swimming School will not accept liability for the loss of or damage to any person effects brought to any session and you are therefore requested to ensure that no value items are left unattended.
